Shipping

All orders will receive a confirmation email right after purchase and another email when shipped (usually within 1-2 business days via Canada Post).

Shipping outside of North America might not have available tracking information.

All billing and shipping information must match unless we are contacted prior to purchase. (CVC and postal code verification).

 

Payments / Returns

Payments are processed securely through Shopify payments. 

To return an item just send the package back to the address on the box and send us an email through the contact option.

If the item has been returned for sizing purposes, the correct size can be shipped out as soon as the initial item has been received. 

Sample pieces or discounted items are final sale.
